6.    Technologies of developing and implementation of the System of Electronic Payments (SEP) is the national payment system, which provides the execution of payments between the bank institutions, Treasury Department authorities on the territory of the country with application of the electronic means of acceptance, processing, information 'transmission and protection.
For reference: it takes about 40 minutes (not more) to transfer money from one bank to another bank within one region and it takes not more than 2 hours for interregional transfer (at the average 1 hour and 10-20 minutes).
The main tasks of the System are the following:

7.    The technologies of developing and implementation of the Mass Payments Service Software package provides a generalized software package that cooperate payers, providers of goods / services and the different points of payment reception for maximum customer comfort in payment terms.
It is a unified platform for interaction between users of services, payment points (banks, payment terminals, internet access) and service providers (utility companies, service providers, online stores, etc.).
